At Cheese Plus we love La Quercia Meats! In this case we use the Smokey Speck, the Buttery Prosciutto Americano, and the Tasty and spicy Nduja. Our cheese cake is made out by three delicious cheeses: our alpine cheese contest winner; Alp Blossom from Sennerei Huban, Austria, Trufa La Mancha from Vega Sotuelamos, Spain, and Truffle Tremor from Cypress Grove, Arcata combine with edible flowers, olives, and Marcona Almonds.
